Critical: Guesty Has Multiple Versions
Before connecting Guesty to CraftedStays, you need to know which version of Guesty you have. This is important because not all versions support API integration.

How to Identify Your Guesty Version
Guesty for Pros
You have access to Integrations > Open API in your dashboard
You can generate Client ID and Client Secret
This is the full enterprise version
Guesty Lite
You do NOT have an "Open API" or "Integrations" section
You cannot generate API credentials
This is a limited/starter version
How to Check
Log into your Guesty account
Look for Integrations in the menu
Look for "Open API" option
If you can't find it, you likely have Guesty Lite
If You Have Guesty Lite
Guesty Lite does NOT support API integration. This is a limitation from Guesty, not CraftedStays.
Your Options:
Upgrade to Guesty for Pros - Contact Guesty to upgrade your account
Use a different PMS - CraftedStays works with OwnerRez, Hospitable, Hostfully, and HostAway
Contact Guesty - Ask them about upgrading or API access options
We cannot work around this limitation - Guesty Lite simply doesn't provide the API access needed for integration.
