How to Enable Advanced Guesty Sync in CraftedStays

This guide explains how to enable and configure the Advanced Guesty Sync feature in your CraftedStays account. This integration allows real-time updates from Guesty to flow directly to your CraftedStays website using Guesty’s Open API.

Enable Advanced Guesty Sync in CraftedStays

  1. Log in to the CraftedStays Dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings then Guesty Settings.

  3. Toggle Enable Advanced Guesty Sync to the ON position.

  4. Enter the following required fields:

    • Open API Client ID

    • Open API Client Secret
      ​

  5. Follow the next steps below on how to obtain both.

Obtain the Open API Credentials from Guesty

  1. Log in to your Guesty account.

  2. Navigate to Integrations.

  3. From the dropdown list, select Open API.
    ​

  4. Click New Application.
    ​

  5. Enter a name for your application (for example, CraftedStays Advanced Sync), then click Save.
    ​

  6. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret immediately after creation.

    • They will not be viewable again once encrypted.

Connect Guesty with CraftedStays

  1. Return to the Guesty Settings page in CraftedStays.

  2. Paste the Client ID and Client Secret you copied from Guesty.

  3. Click Save to complete the connection.

Once the integration is saved, CraftedStays will automatically sync updates from changes made in Guesty, such as property details, rates, and availability.
