How to set up a payment processor for Hostfully

You may encounter the error message There is no payment processor linked to this property. Please contact your agency when trying to book and to correct this, please proceed to the steps below.

To enable this, you need to select and integrate a payment processor with your Hostfully account.

Steps to Set Up a Payment Processor

  1. Choose and Connect a Payment Processor
    Hostfully supports payment processors such as Stripe, VRP, and PayPal. You need to connect your properties to one of these processors to accept payments.

  2. Navigate to Integration Settings

    • Log in to the Hostfully Property Management Platform.

    • Click on your agency dropdown located at the upper right corner.

    • Select Integrations.

    • Toggle on your preferred payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or VRP) to activate it.

  3. Configure Properties for Stripe or PayPal

    • If you select Stripe or PayPal, an additional step is required:

    • Click the Settings button in the Integrations tab.

    • Toggle on the payment processor for each property where you want to enable payment processing.

After completing these steps, your payment processor will be integrated, allowing guests to make bookings through your CraftedStays direct booking site seamlessly. This setup ensures that all payments are processed smoothly and you retain control over transactions.
