Previously, there were two methods to enable bookings on Hospitable-integrated sites. These required either embedding Hospitable’s widget or configuring the CraftedStays booking component. Both methods are now deprecated. With this new integration:
No extra setup or embedding is required
The booking widget matches your site’s template and styling
Rates, fees, and availability automatically sync from Hospitable
All direct bookings push back to Hospitable without additional configuration
How to Enable the Integration
Step 1
In the CraftedStays dashboard, go to Settings > Hospitable Settings.
Step 2
Toggle on Enable Hospitable Booking Widget.
Step 3
Make sure your Hospitable account is connected under Dashboard. If not, connect your account first.
Once enabled, your booking widget will automatically display synchronized availability, pricing, and property details from Hospitable.
Best Practices
Ensure nightly rates, cleaning fees, pet fees(if you allow) and policies are correctly set up in Hospitable, as these will sync to your CraftedStays site.
Property details, descriptions, and photos updated in Hospitable will also sync automatically.
If you notice that availability is not displaying or you are unable to book, please ensure that you’ve added a payout method in your Direct tab with Hospitable.
Important Note for Existing Users
If you previously enabled booking using either the Hospitable widget or the older CraftedStays booking component, those methods may continue to function. However, we strongly recommend switching to the new integrated method for a more seamless booking experience and a unified booking design across your site.
