Once your Hostaway account is connected, reviews are automatically retrieved from your PMS every 24 hours. This eliminates the need to manually manage or update reviews on your site.

You have full control over whether these reviews appear on your live site. Follow the steps below to manage visibility settings.

Log in to your CraftedStays dashboard.

5. Click Edit then toggle Status and hit Update to save.
