How to Manage Reviews

CraftedStays now supports automated syncing of reviews from your PMS.

Reviews are now automatically retrieved from your PMS every 24 hours. This eliminates the need to manually manage or update reviews on your site.

Enabling or Disabling Reviews

You have full control over whether these reviews appear on your live site. Follow the steps below to manage visibility settings.

  1. Log in to your CraftedStays dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Properties panel.

  3. Click on Reviews.

  4. For PMS reviews, verify that they are syncing correctly by ensuring your PMS account contains updated reviews. (For OwnerRez users, check the configuration to ensure that reviews are marked as 'shared' or 'published'.)

  5. Click Edit then toggle Status and hit Update to save.

Note:

For OwnerRez users can enjoy seamless integration, with reviews syncing automatically when correctly configured in their settings. Ensure reviews are marked as 'shared' or 'published' in OwnerRez for them to appear on the site.

Reviews Not Automatically Sync

  1. Log in to your CraftedStays Account.

  2. Navigate to the Settings.

  3. Click on PMS Settings.

  4. Click Sync All Properties Now
