Photos are not syncing in OwnerRez

If your photos are not being pulled, it's likely because the feature "Integrated Site" is currently disabled in your OwnerRez settings.

You have two ways to bring over your property details(photos included) from OwnerRez to your CraftedStays website.

Option 1: Automatic Sync

This method automatically pulls your listing data from OwnerRez into CraftedStays.


Steps:

  1. In OwnerRez, go to Settings > Billing > WP + Integrated Sites and ensure this feature is enabled. (Note: This is a premium add-on billed pro rata.)

  2. In CraftedStays, navigate to Properties > Select the Property > Sync Now. Your latest photos, descriptions, amenities, and other property information will be imported.

Pro Tip: You can disable the "Integrated Sites" feature in OwnerRez after syncing if you don’t need ongoing updates.


Option 2: Manual Upload

If you'd prefer to upload photos and manage content manually, follow these steps:


Steps:

  1. In CraftedStays, go to Properties > Select the Property > Edit the property information as required.

  2. Scroll to the Images section and upload your photos directly.

  3. Drag to reorder photos if needed.

Important: If you choose manual upload, enable the "Don't Sync" setting in CraftedStays to prevent automatic overrides.
