Before you proceed, make sure that you enable properties.
In Hostfully:
Step 1. Go to the Integrations page
Step 2. Find CraftedStays and toggle it ON
Step3. Click Settings and make sure that the toggle is ON for each property.
In CraftedStays:
Step 1: Sign Up for a CraftedStays Account
Visit craftedstays.co and create your account. You’ll land on your personal dashboard after logging in.
Step 2. Create Your Site.
Skip the calendar invite if prompted — you can always book a demo later. Click “Create New Site” and follow the prompts.
Step 3. Connect your PMS(Hostfully)
If properties are already enabled in Hostfully, click Yes and Allow to proceed.
Step 4. Import your Listings
Go to the Properties section.
Select “Create New”, then Import Listings to bring in your properties from Hostfully.
Step 5. Set Up Your Branding
Return to your dashboard and click on Setup your brand.
Upload your logo, choose your brand colors, add FAQs, and your message as a host.
Step 6. Pick your template
Browse our professionally designed themes and select one that fits your brand.
Step 7. Customize your template
From the editor, click into the Hero Section.
Under Background Image, upload your first image to personalize your homepage.
Step 8. Connect Your Domain (Optional but Recommended)
Navigate to Site Settings > Domain to connect your custom URL.
An email will be sent with the instructions for DNS setup
Step 9. Launch Your Site
View the Live Page from the editor page or enter your temporary URL in your browser.
Congratulations — Your Site is Live! Take a moment to explore the full site as your guests will see it.
Click the “Book Now” or “Check Availability” button in the property page to preview the booking experience.
