CraftedStays has partnered with Hostfully to provide hosts with an optimal direct booking experience that transforms visitor clicks into confirmed reservations. Follow these steps to link your properties.
Preparing for Integration
Enable CraftedStays integration in your Hostfully account.
Make sure your properties are enabled in Hostfully.
3. Sign up and create a Site in CraftedStays, enter your Brand Name and Subdomain, then click Create Site.)
Connect to Hostfully
Log in to your CraftedStays account.
Select your PMS(Hostfully) from the list:
3. Initiate the connection.
Click Connect to Hostfully (or go to Settings → PMS Icon).
4. Authorize the integration:
Enter your Hostfully credentials in the pop-up window.
Click Sign In, then Allow to grant CraftedStays access.
Import Properties
Map your properties:
Click Import Listings to sync Hostfully properties with CraftedStays.
(If properties already exist in CraftedStays, match them manually.)
2. Wait for sync completion.
Importing may take a few minutes. Once done, properties will appear under your Properties tab.
3. Finalize setup.
If you're using your PMS booking widget, make sure to copy the code on each property. Located in Properties → Edit → Scroll down to "Enter your Booking Widget Code" section.
To match the styling and navigation to the rest of the template, you can also enable CraftedStays booking widget from Settings.
