CraftedStays offers subscription-based pricing for your direct booking website. This guide explains the pricing structure, available plans, and add-ons.


Pricing Plans

Host Plan — $69.99/month (Limited Time Offer)

Ideal for hosts with up to 20 properties

  • Starts at $69.99/month for up to 2 properties

  • $8/month for each additional property

  • Includes a 14-day free trial

  • Price is valid for the first 12 months — renews at the standard rate of $89.99/month

Institution Plan — Custom Pricing

Ideal for hosts with 20+ properties

Everything in the Host Plan, and optional features such as:

Available Add-ons

Marketing Hub — $30/month

Includes:

  • Blog creation and management

  • SEO-focused content tools

  • Categories and tags

  • Scheduled publishing

  • Blog page on your site

Best for: Property managers who want to drive organic traffic through content marketing and improve search visibility.


Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Log into your CraftedStays dashboard

  2. Go to Subscription or Billing

  3. View your current plan and billing details

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Subscription in your dashboard

  2. Click "Manage Billing" or "Customer Portal"

  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure portal

  4. Update your card information there

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Subscription > Customer Portal

  2. View billing history

  3. Download invoices as needed


Upgrading Your Plan

Adding the Marketing Hub

  1. Go to Subscription

  2. Find the Marketing Hub add-on

  3. Click "Add"

  4. Complete payment — feature activates immediately


Downgrading or Cancellation

Removing Add-ons

  1. Go to Subscription

  2. Click "Manage" on the add-on

  3. Follow the prompts to remove

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Subscription > Customer Portal

  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"

  3. Your site remains active until the end of your billing period

Note: Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide refunds for unused time.
