How to Add Phone Number, Email, and Social Links in CraftedStays

CraftedStays allows you to manage your customer-facing contact information in one central location. This ensures that your phone number, email, and social media links are displayed consistently across your site and are easy for guests to find.

Where to Update Contact Information

All contact details are managed from the Manage Brand section of your dashboard.

Steps to Add or Update Contact Information

  1. Log in to your CraftedStays dashboard

  2. Go to Site

  3. Select Manage Brand

  4. Scroll down to the Customer Contact Information section

Here, you will find the following fields:

  • Customer Facing Contact Phone Number – Enter the primary phone number guests can use to reach you

  • Customer Facing Email – Enter the email address that will be visible to guests

  • Social Network Links – Click the + button to add a social media account. For each link:

    • Select the social network type (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

    • Enter the full URL of your social media account


Where Contact Information Appears

  • Footer Area (Automatic) – Phone numbers, email, and social links are automatically displayed in your website footer

  • Main Menus (Optional) – Contact information can also be added to your main menus for increased visibility
