How to Manage FAQs in CraftedStays

FAQs in CraftedStays are managed at the brand level to ensure guests receive consistent and up-to-date information across your website. Once created, FAQs can be displayed on any page using the FAQ block in the Template Editor.

Where FAQs Are Managed

FAQs are maintained within the Manage Brand section of your dashboard.

Steps to Manage FAQs

  1. Log in to your CraftedStays dashboard

  2. Go to Site

  3. Select Manage Brand

  4. Scroll down to the FAQ section

Here, you can:

  • Add new FAQs

  • Edit existing questions and answers

  • Remove outdated entries
    ​


All FAQs are stored centrally for ease of management.

How to Display FAQs on Your Website

After setting up your FAQs, you can place them on any page.

Steps to Add FAQs to a Page

  1. Open the Template Editor

  2. Select the page where the FAQs should appear

  3. Add the FAQ block
    ​


The block will automatically display the latest FAQs configured in your brand settings.
