Delayed PMS Notifications – CraftedStays relies on your PMS to inform us of any updates. Sometimes these notifications are delayed, so auto-sync may not reflect changes right away. In these cases, a manual sync is your next best option.

Log in to your CraftedStays account.

Navigate to Settings in the dashboard.

1. Log in to your CraftedStays account.
2. Navigate to Settings in the dashboard.
3. Go to PMS Settings. ​

4. Click Sync All Properties Now.

This will synchronize all your properties, reflecting the latest availability, pricing, and property details from your PMS immediately.
