Deleting a property in CraftedStays allows you to permanently remove listings that are no longer in use, duplicated, or synced incorrectly from your PMS. This action cannot be undone, so it’s important to proceed with caution.
If the property is still connected to your PMS (e.g., Guesty, OwnerRez, or Hospitable), we recommend removing the connection first before deletion to prevent automatic re-syncing.
To remove the connection, Go to Settings → the Map Listings → click Remove connection button.
Steps to Delete a Property
Log in to your CraftedStays Dashboard
Go to https://app.craftedstays.co and sign in using your account credentials.Navigate to the Properties page
From the left-hand sidebar, click on Properties to view your full list of active and synced listings.Locate the property you wish to delete
Click Edit to open the property settings
Click Delete Property
Scroll to the bottom of the settings panel and click Delete Property.
A confirmation prompt will appear and Click Continue to proceed.
Confirm deletion
Once confirmed, the property will be permanently removed from your dashboard.
Tip
If you simply want to hide a property temporarily (for maintenance or seasonal closures), consider unpublishing it instead.
To do this, go to Properties → [Property Name] → Settings → Status → Inactive → Update to save.
