CraftedStays automatically syncs your property data including images whenever your PMS notifies us of updates. However, some PMS platforms may delay sending changes, which means updates might not appear immediately on your CraftedStays site.
If you want to see your updates reflected right away, you can manually trigger a sync in just a few clicks.
Steps to Manually Sync a Property
Log in to your CraftedStays dashboard.
Navigate to the “Properties” section.
Select the property you’d like to update.
Click “Edit” on the selected property.
In the top-right corner, click “Sync Now”.
This will instantly fetch the latest property data and media from your PMS.
Tip: Make sure your PMS has already saved the latest changes before hitting “Sync Now.”
